9 slides. Example, names are fictional.
Tips
- 01Score every key result from 0 to 1 and show the average up front.
- 02Treat 0.6 to 0.7 as a healthy score for stretch goals.
- 03Explain each low score with a cause, not just a number.
- 04Carry unfinished key results forward only if they still matter.
Questions
- How do you score OKRs?
- Score each key result from 0.0 to 1.0 by how much of the target you reached, then average the key results for each objective and for the quarter.
- What is a good OKR score?
- For stretch goals, 0.6 to 0.7 is usually healthy. Scores near 1.0 every quarter suggest the targets were too easy.
- Can I edit this OKR review template in PowerPoint?
