Feedback from inside the app
Signed in, open the account menu and choose Send feedback. On any page, the Feedback link in the footer works too, even without an account. It goes straight to the founder's inbox.
Billing and Pro
Pro is sold through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. To change your plan, update your card or cancel, open the account menu and choose Manage subscription. For invoice questions, email us and include the email you signed up with.
Privacy and your data
To get a deleted deck back, have your decks erased for good, or close your account, email us from the address you signed up with. What MakeDecks stores, and where uploads go, is on the privacy page.
