Questions
- Which transcript files work?
- WebVTT (.vtt) and SubRip (.srt), plus .txt, .md and Word .docx. Timestamps are stripped in your browser and speaker names are kept.
- Where do I get a Zoom, Teams or Meet transcript?
- Zoom and Teams can download a meeting transcript as a .vtt file. Google Meet saves it to a Google Doc: paste its text or share it as a public link.
- How long can a transcript be?
- Up to 200,000 characters per deck. Long transcripts are condensed first, keeping decisions and numbers.
- Will it invent action items?
- No. Owners, dates and decisions come only from the transcript. Anything that wasn't said is left out.
- Is it free?
- Yes. Up to 30 decks a month, no watermark, no card.
